Japan's symbol 2



The next Japan's characteristic is cleanliness. The picture shows a river in Muroran city, Hokkaido. As we can see, we can hardly find any rubbish in the river. Plus, you even feel like swimming in it! The water is as clear as a crystal. You also can find fishes in it.
As a Malaysian, I think it would be great if we Malaysian really cares about our nature. It's just our mentality and awareness of the problems.

In Japan, they have to separate the household garbage and throw it out on a fixed days. For example, the combustibles garbage is on Monday and Thursday, while non-combustibles is on Friday (depends on location).

The next picture is a view of a beach in Yokohama. The crystal clear water with almost no sign of rubbish is a very pleasant view.
